PRE-PAY
PROGRAM |
The pre-pay program is designed to pay the amount of gallons in
a lump sum that the customer believes they may use throughout the
season.
The payment is based on the amount of gallons used
on an average of 3 years. This amount is an estimate; the customer
could go over or under the average. It is the customer's choice how
much money they would like to put down. When that money is used no
other deliveries will be delivered at the pre-pay price. Further
deliveries will be charged current market price. The customer can
receive a discount if the delivery is paid in cash within ten days
from the delivery.
Customers are able to use their pre-pay
money up to June 30th. If a credit remains on the account after June
30th that amount can stay on the account for next season or a refund
can be requested. Any deliveries after June 30th will be at the
current price. Further deliveries will be charged current market
price. The customer can receive a discount if the delivery is paid
in cash within ten days from the delivery.
All service work
is in addition to these programs. |
BUDGET
PROGRAM |
Customers must have a credit application on file to be enrolled
in this program.
The budget program is designed to assist
customers in paying for the fuel they will use by paying in 11
monthly installments. The first payment is due August 20th with the
last on June 20th. If customers have a balance on their account,
they have the opportunity to pay the balance in July, the catch up
month, in order to be ready for the next season.
The monthly
payment is based on the amount of gallons used on an average of 3
years. This amount is an estimate the customer could go over or
under the average.
If a credit remains on the account
customers can leave the credit to be averaged into a lower monthly
budget payment for the next budget season or may ask for a refund.
If a customer fails to pay 2 budget payments they will be
taken off the budget program and will lose the special pricing.
All service work is in addition to these
programs. |
