These outlets are located in Cooperstown, Richfield Springs, Oneonta, Richmondville, Norwich and Laurens. You may also enter at the main office of W.L. You must fill out the entire entry and be at least 21 years of age and agree to all the following terms. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
2. General Rules and Terms: Contest open to all US residents 21 years or older. Employees (and members of their immediate family and those living in the same household) of Investing Associates DBA/Taylor Mimi Marts, W. L. Taylor & Son, Inc., and it’s affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and other agencies and their agents are ineligible. If unable to register by the aforementioned methods, you may send a 3x5 postcard with your Name, Address, Daytime phone number and Email Address. Affix a first class postage stamp and mail you entry to Taylor Mini Marts, 17 Linden Avenue, Cooperstown, NY 13326. Only one entry allowed per envelope. No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, late or postage due entries or mail. Giveaway begins December 1, 2008. All entries must be received by February 10, 2009. The approximate odds of winning are based upon the expected number of entries received; 1/5000. Potential winners will be notified by telephone and will be requested to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release/Prize Acceptance Form and submit sufficient proof of age in the form of a valid government ID (i.e., Drivers License with name, address, date of birth and signature.) Non compliance with this request may result in disqualification, and the selection of an alternate winner. Limit one prize per winner. WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL TAXES. Where permitted by law, winner agrees to allow Investing Associates to use, without charge of compensation, their name, address and photo or likeness for publicity, advertising and promotional uses. Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these official rules and terms by the entrant. Giveaway is void where prohibited.
3. Prizes: GRAND PRIZE: (1) One St. Kitts vacation package which includes accommodations for two (2) at the Royal St. Kitts Hotel & Casino for 5 nights/6 days, all meals at the hotel are included, all beverages at the hotel (including alcoholic beverages) at the hotel are included. In addition, ($500.00) Five hundred dollars to be applied to Air Fare will be awarded. Vacation package must be used anytime between March 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009, subject to hotel availability. Investing Associates, Inc., reserves the right to substitute an alternate package if necessary and also reserves the right to give away runner up prizes in which all of the above Official Rules do apply.
